The horlogical kaleidoscope – from 8 years old

Did you know that the word “kaleidoscope” is derived from the Ancient Greek words kalòs (beautiful), eîdos (form), and skopéô (to observe) ? Therefore, “kaleidoscope” would mean “to observe beautiful forms.”

Based on this philosophy, this activity offers young people the opportunity to create their own kaleidoscope using recycled watch parts and thus observe the shapes of these components from a whole new angle!
