Guided tours

On a guided tour, the history of watchmaking and technical specialties are presented with attention to different levels of knowledge and adapted to individual needs. Thus, school groups, families, apprentices, retirees, as well as associations and businesses from all sectors are all welcome.

Be aware of the following informations:

  • Groups of up to 15 people
  • Reservation mandatory – minimum of 5 working days in advance
  • A written confirmation will be send by the Espace Horloger

If you would like to make a reservation, please provide us with the following information:

  • Desired date and time 
  • Language preference 
  • Number of participants
  • Contact person’s phone number and email address
  • Postal code and place of residence
  • Date et heure souhaitées
  • Langue de la visite guidée
  • Nombre de participant(e)s
  • Numéro de téléphone et adresse mail de contact

On the day of your visit :

  • Please arrive at the reception 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
  • Payment can be made on the day of the visit by card or cash (in CHF only).
  • If case of delay, please inform us by calling +41 21 845 75 45. A surcharge may be applied after 15 minutes (CHF 25).
  • In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 2 working days before the scheduled visit. Otherwise, the full amount for the guide(s) will be charged.
