Contact, Information & Booking

Please book your guided tour at least 6 working days in advance by email at info@espacehorloger.ch.

In your request, kindly specify:

• Desired date and exact time

• Language of the guided tour

• Number of participants (exact or estimated)

• Phone number and contact email address

On the day of your visit

• Please arrive at the reception 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Payment must be made on the day of the visit by card, cash (CHF only), or via Twint. The guide fee cannot be split between participants.
• In case of delay, please inform us at +41 21 845 75 45. A fee of CHF 25.– will be charged for every 15-minute delay.
• In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 2 working days before your visit by phone at +41 21 845 75 45 and by email at info@espacehorloger.ch. Otherwise, the full guide fee will be charged.

The school tour is only confirmed after written confirmation from the Espace Horloger. Our guides work on request, and we cannot guarantee their availability
